Not sure about that wall paper for the kitchen

This is my garage that soon will be turned to a 50s kitchen
This afternoon I went to a few shops trying to find some props that would add to my 50s kitchen,  I have some pictures have a look and see if this is the type of things a work class kitchen  would have. Feel free to comment. I also got a plastic sink for £10 in B&Q... bargain!!
This is the location for the football scene in Ulster Folk Transport Museum.
Today I am very positive about the film. First draft of the script is done, now I have to do the story board, Chris gave me a good idea of  story board the film with still pictures like the one we did last year for the Bond project. I received a letter this week of ulster folk transport museum. The football scene will be there on 20 th of may from 10 am to 1pm. I am very haapy to be able to film there because the location is the best place for that scene. Now I am still working on a few props, costume and set. I need a kitchen from 50s, but unfortunatly I can not find anyone who has one, I decied to build one on my house's garage. I hope that will work fine, I need to research about wall colour of a work class kicthen in Northern Ireland 50s. If anyone has an idea please let me know also any props is welcome.
Later today I will be writing a letter to attach with the child permission form to be given to the childrens on tuesday to secure them. So far 90% of the cast is secured, location 100% secured, crew 100% secured, next few days I will have to work hard on production paper work. After that all I need to do is work in the small detalis to make that shoot work nicely.

Now I already got a few props for a few scenes of the film, I still have to buy a few plastic boards to built a set in my garage. But i will leave it for the weekend.  Check the pictures of the props and costume  and a wee taste of the sound tracking of the film. So far I have two professional actors secured,  I will post soon my latest news from the rest of the actors.

That is the beginning of my pre-production of my final film in HDN Media Movie Image in BMC. I am very excited because I have that script in my mind since two years ago when I joined BMC Media Movie Image course. Over the last two year the film was creating shape and becoming alive in my head. Today I am very excited that finally this film will come alive into the big screen. There is a lot of pre-production to do. But so far my script is wrote and it is been edited, I am about to secure location and cast. I am still need to hear back from Ulster folk  museum to find out if i can use their premisses as location for shoot. Finger crossed that I will be getting it, otherwise I will have to work harder to get location on time.  Soon I will post material research. Last night I had a meeting with my DP, he was very impressed with the script and he is very happy to work with the photography design for me. He has lots of experience in filming and also he has a great Canon 650D. Things are going well so far. I still have not heard from ulster folk transport museum, I called the manager there and left a voice mail but still have not heard anything from them I will call again today. Also I contact a local football club to get the boys to play football.  His i happy to help but i might will have to change location for the football scene to Mallusk Play fields  . The pictures of the possible new location is here have a look.  Jacqui tell me what do you think about this new location for Belfast fields in 50s kids playing outside the house. Thanks
